Prekonoshka Cave is a cave in eastern Serbia. The cave is about 5 kilometers away from Svrljig, near the village of Prekonoga. The cave is located at about 700 meters above sea level. Above the entrance is a vertical limestone section that is about 20 meters high, and below is a large sipar that descends all the way to the bottom. The jewelry in this cave is very diverse and rich. Prehistoric tools were discovered in the Prekonoška cave, on the basis of which it can be concluded that cave people lived in it.

In addition to the Prekonoshka cave itself, which was the first cave arranged for tourist visits (mass tourism) in the Kingdom of Serbia, there are two other tourist attractive caves at a specific location. Velika Duvka (Velika Dupka) and the cave Ravna Pech. The entire plain on which the Prekonoška Cave is located is in itself a clear lookout point, it is located in the Svrljig Mountains, from which a view of a large part of the Svrljig Valley can be seen. In the village of Prekonoga, manifestations are traditionally held in the summer: "Let our village play" and "Meetings of the village".

The Prekonoshka cave is located in the municipality of Svrljig, above the village of Prekonoga, in a slightly sloping karst plateau, in a place called "Shakrinina strana".

Seen in relation to Svrljig Southeast.

The entrance to the cave is at about 700 meters of absolute height, above the Velika Reka, at about 120 meters above its bottom. According to Jovan Tsvilich, the origin of the Prekonoshka Cave is related to the evolution of the Prekonoška River. It used to flow in the level of the cave, and only later it sunk its bed by 120 meters. While the Prekonoshka river in this higher level separated the Prekonoshka cave. Prekonoshka Cave, together with the Big and Small Hole, has a total length of about 500 meters, and is part of the cave system built by the Dobra Reka sinkhole.
